Join artists Stephanie Gaumond and Sinead Crumlish for a series of fun drawing activities for all the family! In these sessions, Sinead will get the younger kids doodling while Stephanie has devised a series of drawing meditations and drawing technique videos that are sure to get all ages putting pencil to paper!
The activities don’t require any special tools or equipment and can be undertaken anywhere, either on your own or with the whole family.
HOW WILL IT HELP YOUR STAFF?
Drawing is the perfect tool to support mindfulness as it is a repetitive task.
Your hands are active, but the mind begins to switch off, helping to bring a sense of peace and giving you a brain break! These short mindful drawing sessions will help your staff and their families cope with stress, reduce the risk of anxiety and help to increase focus.

ABOUT
Void is a contemporary art space, founded in 2005, with up to 5 exhibitions per year showing the work of established international and Irish artists. They programme exhibitions that engage with global, social and political themes that are relevant to our contemporary society.
A key element of the gallery is Void Engage, their outreach and education programme, which places participation, engagement and learning at the heart of Void, making contemporary visual art accessible to visitors of all ages. The Engage programme has a particular focus on engaging with those who may be marginalised or excluded due to disability, health issues or age.
Void Engage is enthusiastically embraced by our local community. We have received positive reviews including: ‘workshops are very creative, great facilitation and well resourced’ and for our drawing workshops ‘started drawing in November at the age of 59. Just love it, a great way to relax. Keep up the great work!
