What is Blueprint?
Blueprint is Arts & Business NI’s long-term financial resilience programme, designed to strengthen Northern Ireland’s arts sector for the future.
Launched in January 2022, this game-changing initiative supports a network of arts and cultural organisations to grow income and build long-term financial stability. The Blueprint model helps organisations free up capacity, test new ideas and develop sustainable income streams.
The programme includes:
Strategic Training
Accredited Mentoring
Investment Grants
To date the A&B NI Blueprint programme has invested over £700k into the Northern Ireland arts sector, turning strategic plans into stronger futures. It’s creating lasting benefits for the arts across Northern Ireland, empowering organisations to adapt, innovate and thrive.

Who is taking part in Blueprint?
We currently have 29 cultural organisations taking part in the programme. Together, they form a dynamic community of ideas and shared learning, strengthening their organisations for the future and contributing to a more resilient arts ecosystem
“A big benefit of Blueprint is being taken seriously and listened to as business leaders. Arts organisations have to make really tough decisions and Blueprint gave us the time and space to think about how best to develop our organisation. The programme goes well beyond funding – it’s a learning experience that delivers real results.”
