Virtual Staff Choir Programme - Keith Acheson

Virtual Staff Choir Programme

Keith Acheson

During this period of isolation and working from home, what could be a better vehicle to help your staff reconnect, in a relaxed and entertaining way, than with their very own virtual staff choir.
Through the use of a video conferencing platform, your team will spend approximately one hour singing warm up exercises, leading to a performance of a well known song of their choosing.

· Staff will feel less isolated and more connected to their colleagues.
· They will enjoy a greater sense of wellbeing through the release of endorphins (a proven positive side affect of singing!)
· They will experience less stress as cortisol begins to lower in the blood stream.
· They will develop their singing and communication skills through vocal exercises and learning new songs.
