This online session looks at best practice and at the realities of arts charity governance. We’ll take a thorough look at the compliance requirements of being on a Board, covering roles and responsibilities plus managerial, legal and financial duties. But that’s only half of the picture! It will also discuss organisational performance, business models, income streams and what makes a Board/Board Member effective.

This will be a webinar format, with cameras off, but at the end of the webinar we will be able to take the time to answer any questions you may have via the Q&A chatbox function.
